DEPOSITS
At the time of reservation
Daily Guests are required to make a deposit of the first night’s stay plus a non-refundable reservation fee.
Weekly Guests are required to make a deposit of half the first week's stay plus a non-refundable reservation fee.
Monthly Guests are required to make a $100 deposit plus $100 electric deposit and a non-refundable reservation fee.
If any part of your reservation is unpaid, any outstanding balance will be auto-charged to the card on file three (3) days prior to scheduled check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Daily Rate
Cancel up to 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund less non-refundable reservation fee.
Cancel 3 or 4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and receive full refund less a $10 cancellation fee plus non-refundable reservation fee.
Cancel less than 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and forfeit the full required deposit including non-refundable reservation fee.
Weekly Rate
Cancel up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund less non-refundable reservation fee.
Cancel 5 or 6 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and receive full refund less a $25 cancellation fee plus non-refundable reservation fee.
Cancel less than 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date and forfeit the full required deposit including non-refundable reservation fee.
Monthly Rate
Cancel up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival and receive a full refund less non- refundable reservation fee.
Cancel 13 to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and receive full refund less $50 cancellation fee plus non-refundable reservation fee.
Cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival date, only the $100 electric deposit will be refunded.
All Holidays and Special Local Events (Applies to Daily Rate Only)
Cancel 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund less non-refundable reservation fee.
Cancel 7 to 13 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and receive full refund less a $10 cancellation fee plus non-refundable reservation fee.
Cancel less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and you will forfeit the full required deposit including non-refundable reservation fee.
